Colorado Direct Primary Care (DPC) members enjoy greater access to their provider with same or next day appointments, as well as phone and video consultations for general questions and minor concerns. Membership includes unlimited primary care office visits, as well as a comprehensive physical exam each year (both for no additional charge). Laboratory and imaging services are deeply discounted, and most medications we prescribe are less than $20 a month!

Business memberships at Colorado DPC are priced from $59-$79 a month, depending on the number of employees your business enrolls. Adult family members and children may be added as well. Contracts are for one year.

Complete physical blood panels drawn in-house are typically under $30 if you pay at the time of service.  Need a wart frozen? An arthritic knee injected? Stitches for a small cut? Most procedures performed at our clinic are under $50!

Your Colorado DPC membership covers your primary care office visits . . . but what if you are hospitalized or need surgery? This is why it is important to make sure your employees have additional medical coverage to meet those needs. Many employers are choosing a health sharing plan such as Sedera or Liberty HealthShare to keep their employees' max out-of-pocket costs low, and both offer discounts or partial reimbursement on their plan costs when you are a memeber of Colorado DPC.
